Here at Riiid Labs, the Developer Relations team supports the relationship between Riiid technologies and software developers worldwide. Our Developer Relations team promote standards and good development practices by actively engaging with developer communities, raising awareness of the company’s developer-centric activities, and guiding and educating those developers. In this role, you will interact with the most innovative engineers inside and outside of Riiid Labs every day. You will write code samples, present demos, articles, and tutorials to promote and highlight a wide range of technology stacks, and relevant, contemporary software development techniques and trends. You will represent Riiid at developer conferences, events, hackathons, and with the technical press and bloggers. You will advocate internally for the developer community’s needs, working with Riiid Labs product and engineering/AI research teams to influence features and technology strategy. Developer Relations Manager is in charge of promoting Riiid’s tech brand to Global Tech World, as well as building a positive culture within the tech teams. We are looking for someone who can showcase our awesome technology to both in and outside of the company and contribute to the development of the tech industry ecosystem.
Developer Relations Manager is in charge of promoting Riiid’s tech brand to Global Tech World, as well as building a positive culture within the tech teams. We are looking for someone who can showcase our awesome technology to both in and outside of the company and contribute to the development of the tech industry ecosystem. with the Riiid product and engineering teams to communicate third-party feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand and vocalize open source and developer community building strategies
Execute new strategies to increase and maximize engagement with the right audiences on the proper channels.
Plan and implement projects that strengthen Riiid’s tech brand internally and externally
Plan and implement programs for Riiid’s engineers to share technical knowledge and improve capabilities
Lead sponsorship to tech conferences and manage partnerships with external developers
Create code samples, demos, prototypes, articles, and tutorials to engage technical audiences at scale
Establish credibility with developers and developer communities as a thought leader
Plan and implement regular technical events for external developers as well as internal tech seminars
Own and drive community engagement for a range of technologies
Present technical sessions at conferences, running workshops, and hands-on hackathons
At least 2 years of professional experience in one of the following: developer relations, project/communication management, and operations
Experience in strategic planning and implementation of Developer Relations related projects
Strong communication skills
Understanding of AI/Could/Data communities in Korea and/or overseas.
Experience in serving as an administrator or a volunteer in development communities or open source-related events.
Experience in writing and revising tech blogs and tech-related documents.
