Tell us about the talk that you are planning to give at DevRelCon London 2023
My talk at DevRelCon London 2023 will be on how to make your events manager love you, and how you can make their job easier. We will talk about how you can help your events manager prepare you more efficiently for every upcoming event.
Why should people attend your talk? What should they expect to take away from it?
I think this is an important talk, no matter what stage of DevRel you’re at. Whether you’re super new or already some years into your DevRel career, everyone can take something away from this. It is all about how to cooperate better with your events person or events team. The talk will focus on what they go through on a daily basis to prepare you or the team for a conference, and how you can make it an easier task for them. So I think it is a topic relevant to everyone.
What are you most looking forward to at this year’s DevRelCon London event?
I always learn something new at DevRelCon. That’s what’s fantastic for me. I always find the talks extremely interesting, and the speakers highly engaging. I love the general networking with the DevRel community. We have really lacked that in the last couple of years due to the pandemic. I’m so looking forward to engaging with people in person, and listening to their talks and opinions.
