DevRel is King: The Alliance Team’s Perspective

What is the best way to build partnerships with DevRel teams in other companies? Alexandra, currently Head of Business Development and previously Partnerships Manager at software development company Wilco, breaks the process down into digestible steps in her talk from DevRelCon LATAM 2023. 

Wilco’s mission is to ‘empower every developer, regardless of their background or skill level, to unlock their full potential’, and so partnerships are of great importance to the company. Lots of business opportunities for Wilco stem from partnerships. For the company, a partnership is the starting point for a win-win alliance. Often, these partnerships begin with the DevRel team as they immediately understand the value of what is on offer and how it can help their DevRel community and users.
