DevRel Case StudiesAlthough each DevRel team’s mission varies, it’s rare that a developer relations program has to tackle something entirely new. Although some of the details might change, there’s often someone who has been there, done that.

That’s why we’re excited to partner with Common Room to launch a new series of DevRel case studies! We are gathering detailed accounts of times where a DevRel team launched something or faced a challenge, along with their reflections on what went well and what didn’t go so well.

In the first, Snyk’s Matt Jarvis shares how they built a repeatable content scaling program that enabled their DevRel team to deliver more traffic. The next features Sidney Maestre’s story of a SaaS company where a change in developer relations mandate damaged relationships with their partner community and the lessons learned.
